Welcome to daddyash.com (the “website”), operated by Daddy Ash Limited (“Daddy Ash”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the website. By using it, you agree to these terms. 1. About us and this website

Daddy Ash Limited is a wholesale and distribution company supplying cosmetics, beauty, household and perfumery products from offices in Ghana and the United Kingdom. This website gives information about our company, brands, products and locations, and lets you contact us.

This website is not an online shop. You cannot place orders or make payments through it.

2. Enquiries do not create a contract

Sending an enquiry, contact message or CV through the website does not create a contract between you and us, and does not guarantee that we will supply you, buy from you, or employ you. Any supply or purchase is only agreed once we confirm the terms with you in writing, including prices, minimum orders, payment, credit, delivery and availability. Customer and supplier applications are subject to our approval.

3. Product and brand information

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but the brands, products, images and descriptions shown are for general information and illustration only. Our range, availability and prices change, and may differ from what is shown here. Please contact us to confirm the current position before relying on any information on the website.

Brand names, logos and product images shown on the website belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we supply. Their appearance does not mean the brand owner has approved or endorsed this website.
